Native American Management Consulting (NAMC) is a human resources and organizational development consulting firm devoted to the mission of leveraging technology to provide culture-fair data of high-utility to decision makers for the good of persons, groups, and organizations.

Mrs. Tammie Davies is founder and President of NAMC. A member of the Iowa Tribe of Kansas and Nebraska, Tammie is a leader in advancing culture-fair talent management efforts for the good of the people and businesses in Indian Country. She has many years of experience working with tribal governments and businesses, having held a number of roles across functions in local and Federal agencies.

Dr. Scott Davies

Dr. Davies has over 20 years experience working with organizations of all types and sizes to identify and solve their HR related issues. He received his PhD in I/O Psychology with minors in Quantitative Psychology and Program Evaluation from The Ohio State University. Scott’s professional career includes over 20 years experience in research and consulting to business, industry, non-profits, education, and government entities.

Dr. Francis Rogers
Senior Education Consultant
Dr. Rogers is a nationally respected expert in the areas of Charter Schools, Educational Finance, School Leadership, Data Analysis/Statistics, Psychometrics, and Student Achievement. Dr. Rogers earned his Ph.D. in Educational Measurement from The Ohio State University.

Our consultants include Human Resource Executives from Fortune 50 firms, I/O Psychology Professors from top programs, labor law attorneys, experienced trainers and facilitators, and business managers from government, Native American tribes, gaming, health care, manufacturing, finance, law enforcement, transportation, and technology.
Dr. James Austin is a Senior Adviser to NAMC. Dr. Austin is a well-respected and cited I/O psychologist with over 1,250 citations to his research in ISI. Dr. Austin has played a critical role in the progress of the field through his research and training on motivation, goal setting, job performance, and personnel assessment. He works in test development for technical-occupational knowledge and skills.
Dr. Ted Hayes is a Senior Adviser to NAMC. Dr. Hayes conducted psychometric research for the Gallop organization for 14 years and has worked in the Federal government for seven year. His specialties include test development, validation, and performance management (US & international); research methods; surveys; and data mining.
